How does Playful Rewards work?

Playful Rewards rewards you with coins for the time dedicated to playing games. The games featured within Playful Rewards are accessible at no cost through the App Store. To ensure the proper functioning of Playful Rewards and to qualify for coins accumulation, it is necessary to enable tracking for the games you download to your device. Upon doing so, choose any game from Playful Rewards, download it, and commence playing. Coins will be awarded for completing specific tasks within each game, with the potential to earn more coins by completing additional tasks. Why can’t I see any new games to download?

Our recommendation system assesses if a game matches your interests. There might be times when we can’t identify a fitting game for your profile, or perhaps you’ve explored all the available games in Playful Rewards. Continue to visit Playful Rewards in the coming days; we’re always striving to introduce new games for your enjoyment.

When will I receive my reward?

Your reward can take up to a week to arrive depending on your country and type of reward. Please check your email for redemption instructions.

The game is still on my device, but I’m not getting any coins?

If you haven’t played the game in a while, it may be that we can no longer find it on your device. This happens if you uninstall the game and then re-download it, access Playful Rewards from another device, or if the game was already on your device before entering Playful Reward. In this case, you can’t earn coins from that game anymore, but check out the variety of other games available to you!

I downloaded a game, but it’s not in the “My Games” section.

I had the app installed on my phone before using Playful Rewards. Will I get coins for playing?

Why can’t I cash out my reward?

There is a minimum of $1 for each redemption. Email verification is required to redeem rewards.
